This work-created especially for this exhibition at the Ilmin Museum of Art-is a new, three-channel video version of a 2010 performance held at the LIG Arthall, The Adventure of Mr. Kim and Mr. Lee. It was originally developed from one of the drawings of Monster Map, 15min. (2008). The drawing is composed solely of text about an unconnected conversation between Mr. Kim and Mr. Lee that renders unidentified fear, alienation as well as humor. The Adventure of Mr. Kim and Mr. Lee was a rendition of the text, performed in the time and space of a theater in 2010. (This theater was curated and organized by Kim Jang-un, and co-produced by Factory 719 and the LIG Cultural Foundation.)
